   ocr: You are using the slider on the play bar to move forward or backward and it keeps pvetshiodting the part of the movie you want. What to do: Use the slider only to move to the general part of the movie you want. Then use the step buttons to move to the exact frame you want. You can also choose a larger display size from th Movie menu. This widens the play bar and makes the slider's movements more precise.
